Our Workflow

1. Select your packaging style

Pick up a packaging style you like and tell us, if you want to see more examples, you could click here for viewing our product page: Click Me

If you need some professional suggestions, don’t hesitate to contact us. We are more than happy to discuss your products with you:) Contact Us

2. Confirm the size with us

It’s very important that we confirmed whole dimensions of your packaging, we can either confirm outside diameter or inside diameter. However, if you only have product size, and you need a inlay in gift box, then we can help you checking a suitable inlay size and gift box size.

3. Choose your material

If you are looking for gift box, we have to decide how thick grey board you need, thicker can provide better protection, whereas thinner board is a cheaper solutions. Then we have to decide what paper to be mounted on grey board, normally can be artpaper with lamination, coloured paper, texture paper and so on, different paper has different effect, our experts are more than happy to introduce paper feature and help you select!

4. Checking artwork and surface treatment

Before we move on to digital sample or production sample, we will provide your die cut file of wrapping paper, so that your could fill in your designs, or we can help you to do so.

There are many surface treatments that we can apply on a paper, gold stamping, UV, lamination, emboss and so on. If you want some special effect on your logo or patterns, we can always help you to find the best treatment for your design, and help you to make a implementing file!

5. Waiting for samples

Normally, we have three sample plans:

  1. Plain sample: Sample with no print, commonly used for testing box structures, sizing and material evaluation. Ideal for small run projects. Free of charge, but send by freight collected. Plain sample lead time normally take 2-5 days.
  2. Digital Sample: Digitally printed, commonly used for testing printed artwork and layout. Great for small to medium run projects. Will charge some digital printing fees. Digital sample lead time normally take 3-7 days.
  3. Production Sample: Offset printed sample, commonly used for final evaluation before mass production. Great for medium to large run projects. Will charge offset printing fees. Production sample lead time normally take 5-10 days.

*Sample quantity and surface treatment designs might affect actual lead time.

Finally, you can wait for your bulk goods!

After we confirmed the samples, quantity, price, lead-time and other details, we can finally sign the PI and move on to bulk production! Below is a regular process of gift box making, for your reference:)
